Discuss the intended quantity, caps, labeling, packaging and relevant available documentation. Component compatibility, availability and any tooling are confirmed for the project.
Consider a sample or trial
A sample or smaller trial order can be discussed before a larger programme. Availability, pricing, testing scope, quantities and delivery are confirmed individually.
Confirm the quality route
Independent laboratory batch testing is included with each research-product order. A box from the finished order is selected at random at the shipper; the shipment remains on hold until Synova accepts the laboratory result.
Plan repeat production
After the first project review, discuss future quantities and the documentation, product configuration and delivery requirements needed for subsequent orders. Each order is confirmed separately.

Independent batch testing is included with each research-product order. An additional box is produced for testing; a box is selected at random at the shipper and sent to the independent laboratory. The remaining shipment stays on hold while the result is pending. Synova reviews the result and authorizes release after acceptance.
Can the report carry my brand name?
A customer- or brand-name report with QR and verification codes is an optional paid upgrade. Discuss the intended report, analytical panel and laboratory arrangements before the sample is submitted. Results apply to the identified sample and tests, not automatically to untested parameters.
What should a buyer request?
Discuss the product and batch identification, agreed analytical methods, raw-material documentation and available finished-product report. Ask which information your customers need and what the laboratory can verify.
