Yes. Request only the product, packaging, documentation or partner services you need. We confirm the scope for your project before production or setup begins.

Indicative vial supply is usually 500–1,000 boxes; standard cartridges are 2,000 pieces per product. Smaller or mixed-product programmes may be considered on request. Labeling and custom packaging have separate quantities. The final minimum and timeline depend on product, format, tooling and testing scope.

Yes. Synova coordinates label design and printing. Label application is arranged at the production site or through an approved partner. The application location, material, artwork and order scope are confirmed in advance. Indicative labeling quantities start at 1,000 individual vials; this is separate from finished-product supply quantities.

Independent laboratory batch testing is included with every order, with an additional box, random selection at the shipper, shipment hold and release by SYNOVA only after the laboratory result has been reviewed and accepted. A report in your customer or brand name, with a QR code and verification code, is optional for an additional fee. Arrange these report details before sample submission.

These services are coordinated with partners. US fulfillment can be scoped; UK and EU arrangements require confirmation. Payment activation requires provider approval. Each service has its own onboarding, availability and commercial terms.
