Yes. Synova can coordinate product formats, custom caps, pen branding, packaging, artwork and vial labeling. Select the services you need and agree the configuration before production.
What quantities should I plan for?
Indicative vial supply is usually 500–1,000 boxes, and standard cartridges are 2,000 pieces per product. Smaller or mixed programmes may be considered on request. Labeling and packaging have separate quantities. Review order-planning guidance.
Is independent batch testing included?
Yes. Every order includes independent laboratory batch testing: an additional box, random box selection at the shipper, a shipment hold and release only after SYNOVA reviews and accepts the laboratory result. A report in your customer or brand name, with a QR code and verification code, is optional and available for an additional fee.
Can I discuss a sample or trial order?
Yes. Tell us which research product, format, quantity and destination you have in mind. We can review a possible sample or trial order with you; availability, testing, pricing and delivery terms are confirmed for the individual project. Discuss your requirements.
