B2B BUYER GUIDE

Planning your first
peptide OEM order.

A practical guide for research brands and distributors: define the specification, plan quantities and understand the testing and release process before requesting a quotation.

Prepare your OEM enquiry

A SPECIFICATION THAT CAN BE REVIEWED

What to include
in an OEM enquiry.

Private-label peptide manufacturing combines the product and its presentation. A clear brief lets both be reviewed together. Start with a catalogue reference or describe a custom requirement. Already have a range? Explore our approach for established peptide brands.

01

Product & specification

Name each compound or product reference and the amount required. For custom work, describe the formula or specification you want the team to assess.

02

Format & quantity

State whether you need vials, cartridges, raw material or another presentation. Give the number of individual units and the proposed units per box; a box count alone does not define a production quantity.

03

Branding & components

Identify the cap, label, pen and packaging work you need. Explain whether artwork exists, needs adaptation or must be developed. Component compatibility and any new tooling are reviewed before production.

04

Destination & timing

Provide the destination country, initial order quantity, expected repeat volume and target date. These details help the team assess the production programme and dispatch arrangements.

05

Documentation

List the batch records and analytical documentation your business needs to review. If you require a report in your own brand name with QR and verification codes, include this before sample submission.

MOQ & ORDER PLANNING

Separate product quantities
from customization quantities.

Product supply, label application and packaging can have different minimum order quantities. Confirm each part of your programme rather than applying one MOQ to the entire order.

Indicative minimum quantities for Synova OEM planning
ScopeIndicative quantityBefore confirmation
Finished vial supplyUsually 500–1,000 boxesSpecify product mix and units per box. Smaller trial orders are assessed individually.
Cartridge productionStandard: 2,000 pieces per productSmaller runs from 200 pieces per product are on request; combined production may be assessed below this.

These are planning references, not confirmed availability or accepted order terms. Final minimum quantities and timelines are project-specific.

Review the manufacturing programme

INCLUDED WITH EVERY RESEARCH ORDER

Batch testing is part
of the release process.

The shipment stays on hold until SYNOVA accepts the laboratory result.

Review the full quality process

Independent laboratory batch testing is included with every research-product order. An additional box is produced for testing. At the shipper, a box is selected at random from the finished order and sent to the independent laboratory.

The shipment remains with the shipper while testing is in progress. SYNOVA reviews the result and authorizes release only after acceptance. Pending or unresolved results keep the shipment on hold.

Standard testing or a customer-name report?

Independent batch testing is standard. A report issued in your customer or brand name, including QR and verification codes, is an optional paid upgrade. Agree those details before the sample is submitted.

What does a purity specification tell you?

The catalogue’s general peptide purity specification is >99%. The batch-specific laboratory report records the tested sample, method and measured result. Request the relevant batch documentation when reviewing your order; a catalogue specification is not a batch test result.

Request batch documentation

AGREE THE SCOPE BEFORE PRODUCTION

Review what your
quotation covers.

Ask the team to identify the product quantity, component selection, labeling, packaging and any tooling in the proposed scope. Confirm the included testing route, any customer-name reporting upgrade, the destination and shipping arrangements.

Final timing depends on the product, configuration, tooling, testing and delivery route. Share your launch window so feasibility can be reviewed before an order is agreed.

Warehousing, fulfillment, website development and payment setup are optional partner services with separate onboarding and terms. Explore the complete OEM service range to decide which parts you need.

Discuss a sample or trial order

If you are considering a new supplier or specification, you can ask about a sample or smaller trial order. Share the research product, format, quantity and destination so the team can review feasibility, testing, pricing and delivery terms for your project.

Beauty and peptide cosmetics

Serums, face masks, eye patches and custom cosmetic briefs are available on request. Formulation, presentation, documentation and minimum quantities are assessed separately from research-product supply.

Discuss a cosmetic project

Research products are for laboratory research only, not for human or veterinary use.
