Every order includes an additional box for testing. A box is selected at random at the shipper, and the shipment stays on hold until the independent laboratory result is available and accepted by SYNOVA.
Review the raw-material CoA against the agreed product requirements.
Produce the order plus an additional box for batch testing, without reducing the customer’s confirmed quantity.
A box is selected at random from the finished order at the shipping partner and sent to the independent laboratory.
The independent laboratory tests the selected batch sample. The remaining shipment stays on hold at the shipping partner while results are pending.
SYNOVA reviews the laboratory result and authorizes release only after acceptance. Pending or unresolved results keep the shipment on hold.
After Synova’s review and release confirmation.
Review and resolve before customer dispatch.
DOCUMENTATION FOR YOUR PROGRAMME
Confirm which documentation is relevant to your product, sample and agreed scope.
Starting material identity and the available analytical documentation.
The tested sample, product and batch, analytical methods and reported results.
Optional, for an additional fee: the report is issued in the customer or brand name. Arrange the details before sample submission.
The optional customer-name report includes a QR code and verification code for checking the laboratory report.
DEFINED RESPONSIBILITIES
Independent analysis and Synova oversight have different roles in the testing route.
Reviews raw-material documentation, coordinates production and sampling, reviews test reports and makes the shipment release decision.
Receives finished goods, selects a box at random and sends it to the laboratory. Holds the customer shipment and dispatches it only after SYNOVA authorizes release.
Analyses the submitted sample against the agreed panel and issues the report identifying the sample, methods and results.
PEPTIDE PURITY & BATCH REPORTS
Our general peptide purity specification is >99%. Product pages identify the references to which it applies.
The specification describes the peptide purity requirement. The laboratory report records the measured result for its identified sample and analytical method. A general specification does not replace a batch-specific result.
Share the product name, reference specification and batch or order details, if available. We confirm which certificate of analysis (CoA), finished-product report and manufacturing records are available for your programme.
Independent batch testing is included with every order. Issuing the report in your customer or brand name, with QR and verification codes, is an optional upgrade for an additional fee.
