How this website handles project information.

Project drafts

The project builder keeps your selections and draft in session storage in your current browser tab. Preparing or reviewing a draft does not submit it to Synova. Direct submission, when available, is a separate action you choose after review. Clear the brief to remove the saved project, or close the tab to end the session.

Direct website enquiries

If direct submission is available and you choose “Submit enquiry”, your reviewed requirements, selected products and services, name, company, reply email and consent are sent to Synova and stored in its protected request system. Synova uses this information to respond to and manage your business enquiry. An on-screen reference confirms storage; it does not confirm an order, quotation or laboratory report.

The request system uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for database storage and Proton Mail for notification and sign-in emails. Service providers process the information needed to perform these functions. Authorized Synova team members can access enquiries; the request desk is not public. Technical anti-abuse records and hashed identifiers help protect the service. Do not include payment-card details, patient information or other sensitive personal information in your brief.

Your information and choices

Synova keeps enquiry records while needed for the business discussion and related recordkeeping requirements. You can ask the team to review, correct or delete information through the contact options on this website, subject to applicable retention requirements. A local draft can be cleared in your browser; clearing it does not delete an enquiry already submitted to Synova.

Team access

The private request desk uses an essential session cookie after sign-in. It expires after eight hours or when you sign out. Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes. This cookie is used for access protection, not advertising.

Copying and downloading

The copy and download actions put the brief on your device. You decide when and where to share it. Any external messaging service you choose has its own privacy practices.

Analytics and hosting

Synova uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand public website visits and interactions, including catalogue searches and filters, project-brief preparation, successful enquiry submissions and clicks to WhatsApp or Telegram. A messaging click does not confirm that a message was sent. These events use fixed categories, such as enquiry type and button placement; they do not include search text, names, email addresses, quantities or project-brief contents. Vercel Speed Insights measures loading and interaction performance. These analytics services do not use tracking cookies. They process page, referrer, browser, device and approximate location information. Synova removes query parameters and URL fragments from recorded page addresses and excludes the private request desk. An opaque submission marker is kept in this tab’s session storage to avoid counting the same successful submission twice; it is not sent to analytics and expires when the tab is closed. The hosting provider also processes technical request information to deliver and secure the site. External messaging services process the information you choose to send under their own policies.
