Raw materials
Define the material, quantity and documentation needed for your production programme. Available analytical records are reviewed against your requirements.
MANUFACTURING & B2B SUPPLY
Product requirements, manufacturing details and quality oversight. Synova connects the stages of your production programme through established factory relationships in China.
Discuss production requirementsPRODUCTION CAPABILITIES
Start with an existing reference or a custom brief. Product, format and compatibility are reviewed together before production.

Vials, cartridges and other research presentations. Confirm the amount, container, components and finishing requirements as one specification.
Available on request, with formulation, presentation, documentation and development assessed as a separate project.
INSIDE PRODUCTION
Component handling and order preparation form part of the production scope. Photographs support the review of prepared goods before handover.

HOW A PROJECT RUNS
Responsibilities, documentation and release conditions are defined for the actual order.
Compound or formula, amount, format, quantity and packaging. Confirm the intended research use, destination and delivery model.
Review raw-material documentation, component compatibility, artwork, tooling and the agreed production scope.
Coordinate production and customization, with in-process controls and order preparation appropriate to the programme.
Independent laboratory batch testing is part of every order. Produce an additional box for testing; a box is selected at random at the shipper and sent to the laboratory. The shipment remains on hold at the shipper.
SYNOVA reviews the laboratory result and order documentation. Release is authorized only after the result is accepted; pending or unresolved results keep the shipment on hold.
Confirm the route, shipping arrangements and any partner receiving or fulfillment requirements before dispatch.
INDICATIVE ORDER PLANNING
These are starting points for discussion. The final minimum and schedule are confirmed for your product and customization scope.
| Programme | Planning quantity | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Finished vial supply | Usually 500–1,000 boxes | Product mix and packing configuration; smaller trial orders assessed individually. |
| Cartridge production | Standard: 2,000 pieces / product | Smaller runs from 200 pieces / product on request; below this, combined production may be assessed. |
| Vial labeling | Indicative: 1,000 individual vials | Design, printing, application location and label material. Separate from the supply quantity in boxes. |
| Custom pen boxes | Indicative: 1,000 pieces | Structure, print, inlay, artwork and any new tooling. |
| Beauty, cosmetics & other formats | On request | Formulation, format, documentation and batch-specific requirements. |
Quantities are indicative and do not confirm availability or an accepted order. Production, tooling, testing and the shipping route affect the final timeline.
